It's been a busy summer, so I apologize for not blogging after our most recent walking groups! The weather has made some reluctant to head out, but others just keep on hitting the road!
On July 20th, just one resident braved the heat. It was great having some one-on-one time to talk about it all: movies, rabid foxes, and cats with boney heads.
Four came back on July 27th, and while I would like to say it was for the exercise, I think it was because it was ice cream week! We headed to Baskin-Robbins and had quite the range of orders. One already had ice cream for the day so did not order and another had a double scoop sundae ... before dinner! It was great to sit in the air-condition and cool off before we headed back home.
On August 3rd, it was back to just one walking. Surprisingly, it was a comfortable night outside, especially walking the shaded greenway. I think the others missed a beautiful night outside!
